How do I terminate an employee contract?

To terminate a contract:


  1. Go to the employee profile
  2. Click on the "Contract" tab
  3. Click on the three vertical dots (⋮) next to the relevant contract
  4. Click the "Release" button
  5. Set the Exit date
  6. Select the "Reason for termination"
  7. Enter an "Additional clarification"
  8. Generate the exit declaration
  9. Click on "Update"


If SECUline is active, the exit declaration will automatically be transmitted to the CCSS the following day.
