How do I access the tax cards on MyGuichet?

If you do not have access, you will need to request access through a new procedure called "ACD: Request a token to access tax cards". If you have access, you can immediately access the tax cards by following the steps below.

Log in to your business account on MyGuichet
Click on the blue button "Go to services"
Click on "Search by theme"
Click on "Taxation"
Search for "Consultation of the tax cards"
Click on the button "View"
Select "By employee"
Enter the social security number (Matricule)
Click on the button "Search"
Click on the button "Download"
Select "Data in XML format"

You can download all available tax cards for a specific employee by downloading the zip file under "Tax card download", or you can switch to the "by employer" tab and download all active tax cards for the specific company.

By performing a download, the tax cards included in the downloads are considered to have been consulted in accordance with the provisions of article 143, paragraph 4 L.I.R.
