Follow these steps to change the contract to independent (self-employed) status:
- Access the employee profile
- Click on the "Contract" tab
- Click the "Renew" button
- Check the "Independent status (self-employed)" box
- Click on the "Create" button
If this change is made to correct a previous status where payslips have already been issued, the payslips will need to be regenerated once this update is complete. Additionally, the RTS statement may need to be resubmitted to the tax administration. Find the article here
