# How do I create the salary statement (ECSP) on Salary.lu?

||| Before creating the document, please ensure that your email and contact number are added to the company details.

To create the XML document, simply follow the steps below:
* Log in to your Salary.lu account.
* Go to the "Documents" section in the sidebar.
* Click the "Add" button on the "Documents" page.
* Select the document "Salary statement".
* Select the year you want.
* Click the "Create" button to create your document.

|| Please note that you can download the XML file format by clicking on the three dots button. This file does not need to be opened, but can be used to make the declaration via MyGuichet in less than 2 minutes.
