# How do I delete a payslip?

No, payslips cannot be deleted. However, you can regenerate a payslip:

1. Go to the "Payroll" section in the sidebar
2. Click on the "Add" button
3. Select the relevant employee and period
4. Click the "Generate" button
5. A new payslip will be created

|| Note: Only the most recently generated payslip remains in the system. You will be invoiced for one payslip per month, regardless of how many times you regenerate it.
