If you are registered as an independent or self-employed professional at the CCSS in Luxembourg, here's how to get your tax card:
Download the form 164 from the official tax administration website: ACD Form 164
Submit the completed form by email to your local RTS office based on your residence: Find your RTS office
You will receive your paper form tax card by post. This typically takes about a week.

After receiving access to the employee tax cards on MyGuichet, download the digital version of your tax card in XML format and add it to the employee profile on Salary.lu.
