How do I renew an employee contract?

To renew a contract:


  1. Go to the employee profile
  2. Click on the "Contract" tab
  3. Click on the three vertical dots (⋮) next to the relevant contract
  4. Click the "Renew" button
  5. Select the contract type
  6. Set the dates
  7. Enter the new wage amount
  8. Set the new hours per week
  9. Set the weekly schedule
  10. Fill out the remaining form fields


No new CCSS declaration is needed when renewing a contract due to wage increase.


Please note that ''Renew'' is only used when the contract is actually renewed or updated, or when a new agreement is signed with the employee.
