How do I request access to consult the tax cards on MyGuichet?

To gain access to employee tax cards on MyGuichet, you must first request a certification token from the tax administration (ACD). This token will allow you to access and download tax cards for your employees.


Steps to request a token on MyGuichet


  1. Log in to your business account on MyGuichet.lu
  2. Click on the blue button "Go to services"
  3. Click on "Search by theme"
  4. Click on "Taxation"
  5. Search for "Request for a token to access tax cards"
  6. Click on the button "Create"
  7. Click two times on "Continue"
  8. Enter your phone number and email (if not already added)
  9. Proceed with the next prompts
  10. Enter a 6-digit security code that you need to remember
  11. Continue and sign the procedure
  12. Finally submit it to be received by the tax administration


Important information about tokens


Security code


When applying for the token, you must choose a security code. This code will be required to activate the service later.


Types of tokens


  • Employer token: Only one employer token can be activated per business eSpace
  • Provider token: Multiple provider tokens can be activated within the same business eSpace


Token distribution


  • When the employer applies for the token, they will receive both an employer token and a provider token. The employer can then entrust the provider token to a provider of their choosing if they have delegated salary management. However, the employer remains responsible for the salaries despite this delegation.
  • When a provider applies for the token, the employer will receive a letter containing the token, which they should then give to their provider.


The employer token should never be given to the provider.


Multiple requests


If the same employer applies for a second token within 72 hours, the application will be denied. Once the 72-hour period has elapsed, only one provider token will be sent to the employer.


Receiving your token


Once the procedure has been completed, the token required to access the tax cards will be sent by post to the employer's address on file with the tax administration (even if the application was filed by the provider).


Activating your token


The employer or their provider must activate the access token within 2 months of applying for it.


To activate the token:

  1. Log in to your business eSpace on MyGuichet.lu
  2. Go to "My business data"
  3. Under "Taxation", select "Tax cards"
  4. Enter your token and the security code chosen when applying for the token
