How do I update my bank details or SEPA mandate?

If your company changes banks or account details, you'll need to update your bank information so your SEPA Direct Debit payments continue without interruption. This applies to the STANDARD and PLUS plans, which are paid by SEPA Direct Debit.


Updating your bank details


To update your bank details or SEPA mandate, contact our Support team and we'll help you make the change. You can reach us by email at info@salary.lu or through our online chat.


If you'd prefer not to use Direct Debit, let us know and we'll invoice you instead, which you can settle by bank transfer.
