Canceling the ECSP file on MyGuichet


To cancel an ECSP file that has already been submitted, you need to use the official procedure on MyGuichet.lu titled:


"ACD : ECSP - Annulation manuelle d'un dépôt XML d'extraits de compte salaire et pension"


This is the manual cancellation procedure for XML deposits of salary and pension account statements provided by the Luxembourg tax administration (ACD).


The cancellation must be processed directly through MyGuichet.lu using the official ACD manual cancellation procedure.


Always verify that your employee information and payroll data are accurate before generating and submitting a new ECSP file to avoid future cancellations.
