How do I activate the UP Luxembourg meal vouchers module on Salary.lu?

To activate the UP Luxembourg meal vouchers module on Salary.lu, you need to connect your company with UP Luxembourg through the Marketplace. The activation process depends on whether you are already a UP Luxembourg customer or not.

Accessing the UP Luxembourg service

1. Log in to your Salary.lu account
2. Navigate to "Marketplace" in the main menu
3. Go to the "Available Services" tab
4. Find "UP Luxembourg Meal vouchers" in the list

You will see two options:

• Contact request - for companies that are not yet UP Luxembourg customers
• I already have this service - for existing UP Luxembourg customers

Option 1: Contact request (New UP Luxembourg customers)

If you are not yet a UP Luxembourg customer, follow these steps:

1. Click the "Contact request" button
2. Fill in the voucher details:

• Amount in € per meal voucher
• Employee participation in € per meal voucher
• Quantity per month per employee

3. Complete the company setup information:

• Number of employees

4. Add optional details if needed:

• Desired start date
• Comment

5. Check the consent box to allow UP Luxembourg to contact you
6. Click "Send contact request"

What happens next

• Your contact request is sent to UP Luxembourg
• UP Luxembourg will contact you directly to discuss your needs and finalize the service setup
• Once everything is finalized with UP Luxembourg, Salary.lu will receive a notification
• On request we can activate the UP meal vouchers module on your account
• You will be able to start using the meal vouchers feature in your platform

Option 2: I already have this service (Existing UP Luxembourg customers)

If you are already a UP Luxembourg customer and want to order meal vouchers directly through Salary.lu:

1. Click the "I already have this service" button
2. A request will be sent to the Salary.lu team

What happens next

• Your activation request is sent to the Salary.lu team
• The Salary.lu team will manually validate your request
• Once validated, the team will activate the UP meal vouchers module on your account
• You will receive confirmation when the module is active
• You can then start ordering meal vouchers directly through Salary.lu

After activation

Once your UP Luxembourg meal vouchers module is activated:

• The service status will show as "Active" in the Marketplace
• You can configure meal vouchers in employee profiles under "Benefits & more"
• You can order meal vouchers monthly through the Payroll section
• You can track all your orders in Marketplace → "My Orders"
