# What declarations are handled through SECUline?

Through SECUline, SALARY automatically handles the following declarations:

### 1. Monthly Salary Declarations (DECSAL)

1. Automatically transmitted on the first day of the following month
2. Applies to payslips generated for current month
3. Older payslips must be declared manually

### 2. Work Incapacity Declarations (DECMAL)

1. **Covers various types of leave:**

* Sick leave
* Accident leave
* Maternity leave
* Adoption leave
* Leave for family reasons
* CNS-paid sick leave

2. Automatically transmitted on the first day of the following month
3. Updates are sent the next business day when changes are made

### 3. Affiliation Declarations (DECAFF)

Handles both entry and exit declarations:

**Entry Declarations for:** 

1. Newly hired employees
2. Employees returning from:

* Full-time parental leave
* Unpaid training leave

3. Students (15-27 years) hired during holidays
4. Trainees (under specific conditions)
5. Business partners (>25% shares) listed as managers
6. Board members listed as business managers

**Exit Declarations for:** 

1. Contract termination
2. Retirement
3. Employee death
4. Contract changes
5. Early retirement
6. Employer bankruptcy
7. Business cessation

### 4. Identification Number Requests (DEMMAT)

1. Automatically processes requests for new employee identification numbers
2. Requires ID card documentation (front and back as PDF)
3. Transmitted the following day
