Can I still access my data without an active subscription?

Yes, you can currently access your saved data even after your subscription has been cancelled. However, this policy may change in the future, so we strongly recommend downloading all important documents while you have access.

What you can do without a subscription

Without an active subscription, you can:

View and download all documents
Generate documents (RTS, ECSP, salary certificates, etc.)
Edit employee profiles
View employee information
Manage leave records

The only restriction without an active subscription is that you cannot generate new payslips. All other platform features remain accessible.

Recommended actions before cancelling

To ensure you maintain access to your important business records, we recommend downloading the following documents:

All payslips for all employees and all periods
Tax declarations (RTS and ECSP files)
CCSS declarations and related documents
Any other business documents generated through the platform

While you can currently access your data after subscription cancellation, this policy may change in the future. Downloading all important documents ensures you maintain permanent access to your business records regardless of future policy changes.

Make sure to organize your downloaded files by employee, period, and document type for easy reference later.
