How does the PLUS plan work?

The PLUS plan is designed for businesses that plan ahead and process payroll in higher volumes. You pay annually in advance for a set quantity of payslips, and the more you commit to, the lower your rate per payslip.

How PLUS pricing works

PLUS uses tiered pricing. Your payslips are charged in tranches, and each higher tranche costs less:

• The first 71 payslips: 10,00 € each
• 72 to 131 payslips: 9,50 € each
• 132 to 239 payslips: 9,00 € each
• 240 payslips and above: 8,50 € each

Your first payslips are charged at the top rate, and each higher tranche at its lower rate, so your average cost per payslip decreases as your volume grows.

Estimating your annual quantity

When you set up PLUS, you enter the annual quantity of payslips you expect to generate. Predicting this can be tricky, so we recommend taking last year's quantity and adding a buffer of 10% to 20% for fluctuations.

If your estimate is off

Two rules cover what happens when your usage doesn't match your committed quantity:

• If you go over: any payslips beyond your committed quantity are billed at the STANDARD rate of 12,50 € for the rest of the period.
• If you have some left: at the end of the period, your unused payslips carry over to the next period, as long as you used at least half of your committed quantity. If you used less than 50%, the unused balance doesn't carry over.

Example: You subscribe to PLUS with 180 prepaid payslips, enough for 15 employees. If you've used 150 by the end of the period, that's well over half your committed quantity, so all 30 unused payslips carry over to the next period.
