How can employees access their payslips?

This guide explains how to invite employees to access their payslips on Salary.lu and help them navigate the platform successfully.


Inviting employees to access payslips


  1. Log in to your Salary.lu employer account
  2. Navigate to the "Employees" section
  3. Select the employee you want to invite
  4. Go to the User's tab
  5. Add the employee details to grant payslip access
  6. The employee will receive an email invitation to create their account


Note: Employees must first be invited to be able to access their payslips on the platform.


What to tell your employees


Share these instructions with your invited employees:

  1. Check email for the Salary.lu invitation
  2. Click the invitation link to create an account
  3. Set up login credentials and log in to Salary.lu
  4. Navigate to the "Payslips" section to view and download payslips


Troubleshooting


Employee didn't receive the invitation:

  • Verify the email address is correct in the employee profile
  • Ask the employee to check their spam/junk folder
  • Resend the invitation from the employee's profile page


Employee can't access payslips after accepting invitation:

  • Ensure payslips have been generated for that employee


Employee forgot login credentials:

  • Direct them to use the "Forgot password" link on the login page
  • Ensure they're using the email address associated with their invitation


Need help? Monitor the employee access status on the Employees page to see who has accepted invitations. For ongoing issues, provide employees with direct support or contact our help center for additional assistance.
