How do I register my employee with the CCSS? (without SECUline)
This article explains how to register a new employee with the CCSS (Joint Social Security Centre) when your company has not the SECUline option activated.
Steps to register your employee
- Log in to your Salary.lu account
- Navigate to the "Employees" section from your dashboard
- Click on the employee you want to register
- Go to the "Contract" tab in the employee's profile
- Click on the three vertical dots (⋮) next to the active contract
- Select "Edit" from the dropdown menu
- Scroll down to find the checkbox "Generate the entry declaration"
- Check the box "Generate the entry declaration"
- Save the changes
- A new document will be automatically generated in the employee's profile. This document contains the official entry declaration required by the CCSS.
- Download the generated entry declaration document from the employee's profile
- Send the document via email to the CCSS at: ccss@secu.lu
