How do I register my employee with the CCSS? (without SECUline)

This article explains how to register a new employee with the CCSS (Joint Social Security Centre) when your company has not the SECUline option activated.


Steps to register your employee


  1. Log in to your Salary.lu account
  2. Navigate to the "Employees" section from your dashboard
  3. Click on the employee you want to register
  4. Go to the "Contract" tab in the employee's profile
  5. Click on the three vertical dots (⋮) next to the active contract
  6. Select "Edit" from the dropdown menu
  7. Scroll down to find the checkbox "Generate the entry declaration"
  8. Check the box "Generate the entry declaration"
  9. Save the changes
  10. A new document will be automatically generated in the employee's profile. This document contains the official entry declaration required by the CCSS.
  11. Download the generated entry declaration document from the employee's profile
  12. Send the document via email to the CCSS at: ccss@secu.lu


Make sure to send the entry declaration document promptly after generation to ensure your employee's registration is processed without delays.
