What is SECUline and how can it be activated?

SECUline is the secure communication channel that Salary.lu uses for all interactions with the Centre Commun de la Sécurité Sociale (CCSS). This system ensures fast, secure, and confidential transmission of your mandatory declarations to the CCSS.

Benefits of activating SECUline

By activating SECUline on your account, you:

  1. Avoid potential penalties for missed deadlines
  2. Enable automatic submission of:

  • Monthly salary declarations (DECSAL)
  • Work incapacity declarations (DECMAL)
  • Affiliation and exit declarations (DECAFF)
  • Requests for CCSS identification numbers (Matricule) (DEMMAT)

The following declarations must still be submitted manually via MyGuichet: RTS statement (monthly or periodic) and ECSP salary statement (annual)

How to activate SECUline

Before you begin: Make sure that:

  • Your company profile is complete
  • All employee profiles have been created

You can request SECUline activation directly from your Salary.lu account through the Marketplace:

  1. Log in to your Salary.lu account
  2. Go to "Marketplace" in the left menu
  3. Find SECUline under "Available Services" and click "Learn More"
  4. Click "Request activation"
  5. Review the prefilled company information (Matricule, company name, address)
  6. Complete the contact details:
  • Desired start date
  • Phone
  • Email
  1. Accept both consent checkboxes
  2. Click "Request SECUline Activation"

The desired start date defines the period from which salary declarations will be transmitted. All months from this date onwards will be declared to the CCSS.

Once submitted, you can track the status of your request in the "My Orders" tab of the Marketplace.

Once activated, you will receive the contract, which confirms that your SECUline activation request has been accepted.
