How do I handle parental leave?
There are two types of parental leave situations:
End the current employment contract
- The employee will be paid directly by the Zukunftskeess during this period.
When the employee returns:
- They will be automatically re-registered with the CCSS by the Zukunftskeess
- Their contract can simply be renewed on our platform
"Renew" the existing contract with:
- Updated "Valid from" date
- Adjusted weekly working hours
- Modified gross amount
The employee continues working part-time while receiving partial payment from Zukunftskeess
1. Full-time parental leave:
