How do I record maternity leave?

To record maternity leave for an employee:


  1. Navigate to the "Leaves" page
  2. Click the "Add" button
  3. Select "Maternity Leave" as the leave type
  4. Enter the start and end dates
  5. Save the leave record


Note:
  • The employee remains under contract during maternity leave.
  • The request for maternity leave must be made by sending the medical certificate with the expected date of childbirth to the CNS.
  • During maternity leave, a payslip with 0€ will be generated as the payment comes from the CNS.
