How do I handle parental leave?

There are two types of parental leave situations:

1. Full-time parental leave:

• End the current employment contract

• The employee will be paid directly by the Zukunftskeess during this period.

• When the employee returns:

• They will be automatically re-registered with the CCSS by the Zukunftskeess
• Their contract can simply be renewed on our platform

2. Part-time parental leave:

• "Renew" the existing contract with:

• Updated "Valid from" date
• Adjusted weekly working hours
• Modified gross amount

• The employee continues working part-time while receiving partial payment from Zukunftskeess
