What is MultiLine?


MultiLine is an e-banking solution available to businesses in Luxembourg. It allows you to manage all your bank accounts from a single platform, regardless of which Luxembourg banks you work with.

With MultiLine, you can:


  • View account balances and statements across all your bank accounts with a single login
  • Process domestic, cross-border, and international payment orders
  • Manage direct debits
  • Download payment files and account statements directly into your accounting software


The platform is web-based, multilingual (French, English, German), and designed to meet the specific requirements of the Luxembourg market. It is particularly well suited for businesses that manage multiple bank accounts, process a high volume of transfers each month, or work with large payment amounts.


How do I get access?


To use MultiLine, you need to sign a MultiLine service agreement with your bank and obtain a LuxTrust certificate. Setup typically takes between 2 and 4 weeks depending on the number of banks involved.


Your bank in Luxembourg will be able to guide you through the subscription process and provide you with all the details you need to get started.
