How do I give SALARY access to my company's CCSS business eSpace on MyGuichet?

Granting Salary access to your company's CCSS business eSpace allows us to better assist you with error messages and declarations through SECUline. This article explains how to add Salary as a mandataire (representative) for your CCSS services.

Prerequisites

Before starting this process, ensure that:

  • You have a certified business eSpace on MyGuichet.
  • You have administrator access to your company's MyGuichet business eSpace.
  • Your company is registered with the CCSS
  • The SECUline option on your company account is active for CCSS declarations made through Salary.lu

As the employer, please note that you should also have access to the CCSS business eSpace on MyGuichet. When applying for your access codes, you can apply for codes for your authorised representative as well.

Adding Salary as authorised representative

To grant Salary access to your CCSS business eSpace:

  1. Log in to MyGuichet.lu with your authentication device
  2. Navigate to "My procedures"
  3. Click on "+ New procedure"
  4. Search for "CCSS : Request for professional space certification"
  5. Click on the procedure to start
  6. Complete the data protection consent by checking the required box
  7. Fill in your contact information and proceed to next step
  8. Enter your company's social security number and company name
  9. On next step, under "Authorised representative" (accountant or fiduciary), select:
  • "Yes" for "Do you have an authorised representative?"
  • "No" for "Is the authorised representative the same for each domain of activity?"
  1. Select only these three activity domains by checking the boxes for:
  • Employer data
  • Affiliations
  • Remunerations and work incapacities

ONLY these three domains must be selected to ensure Salary can troubleshoot the issues effectively.

  1. For each selected activity domain, enter Salary's information:
  • Registration number: 2020220124699
  • Denomination: Salary S.A.
  1. On next step, create a security code (6 to 10 characters) and enter it twice for confirmation

It is important to distinguish between the following two types of codes:

  • Security code - It's a code that you, as the employer, have chosen.
  • Owner access code - It's a code generated by the CCSS that is sent by post.

The 'Security code' (between 6 to 10 characters) will be required when entering the 'Owner access codes' (which will be sent to you by post) to certify your professional space. It is very important to remember this 'Security code' when needed (or even store it in a safe place so that you can find it when needed), else you will need to redo the same procedure again to obtain a new access code.

  1. Finally, submit your request.
  2. Within 72 hours, you will receive a letter containing a few documents from the CCSS by post.

Employer part:

  • It contains the 'Owner access codes' that have not yet been activated, to be used together with the 'security code' that you defined previously.

Authorised representative part:

  • It contains the 'Security codes' for each activity domain, to be sent to Salary, as the authorised representative.

Salary will receive the letter with the 'access codes' that have not yet been activated, which will show as "Not activated" with an activation deadline of approximately 20 days from the request date.

  1. Once you receive the 'Security codes' for the authorised representative, please do the following:
  • confirm via email or online chat with Salary that you have completed the certification request on MyGuichet
  • send a scan or image of the letter with the 'Security codes' for the authorised representative

You must send the security codes to Salary within two weeks of receiving the letter to avoid having to restart the entire procedure.

Salary only has consultation access to the selected activity domains. If the SECUline option is active on your company account, we will handle all of your CCSS declarations automatically via SECUline. Please DO NOT make declarations directly through MyGuichet, as this would conflict with our SECUline submissions.
