How do I add an advance payment on a payslip?

Adding an advance payment


  1. Navigate to the employee's profile
  2. Go to the "Benefits & more" tab
  3. Select "Advance payment" as the type of benefit
  4. Add a short description
  5. Enter the amount in €
  6. Set the "From" and "Until" dates to define the active period
  7. Choose whether to add it to a non-periodical payslip
  8. Click "Create"


The "From" and "Until" dates define the period during which the advance payment is active. Payslips generated for the months within this period will include the advance payment.


Make sure to generate or regenerate the payslip after creating the advance payment so the update is taken into account.
