If you want to order meal vouchers from UP Luxembourg, you can use the Marketplace on your dashboard. However, you still need to add the meal voucher benefit to the employee's profile in Salary.lu to ensure proper payroll calculations.


Adding meal vouchers to an employee profile


To add meal vouchers as a benefit for an employee:


  1. Log in to your Salary.lu account
  2. Open the employee's profile
  3. Click on the "Benefits & More" tab
  4. Click "+ Add"
  5. Select "Meal voucher / canteen" from the benefit types
  6. Enter the necessary details
  7. Save the benefit


After adding the meal voucher benefit, you must regenerate the payslip for the relevant period to ensure the benefit is correctly reflected in the employee's pay.
